Refund Policy

All membership fees for Elite Matchmaker are billed according to the tier selected at the time of application acceptance.

Membership fees are non-refundable once services have begun, except as required by applicable law or as separately agreed in writing between Elite Matchmaker and the client.

If you believe you were charged in error, or have a billing concern, please contact us at cj@elitematchmaker.club and we will review your request.

For clients on our Private Events tier, refund and cancellation terms specific to your engagement will be set out in your signed client agreement.
